The project, co-funded by the EU within the European Territorial Cooperation Programme Slovenia-Croatia, was directed towards the enhancement of global competitiveness of the companies along the Slovenian and Croatian borderline. It was directed towards the entrepreneurs-beginners. The project's objectives were:

• trainings for entrepreneurs on the trends in science and technology with the aim of enhancing their global competitiveness,
• development of joint strategy for the commercialization of products and services on the Slovenian-Croatian borderline market as well as on the EU market,
• establishment of the international export consortium,
• promotion of products and services as well as the project's results.
